It is very easy to follow your order at wowtrendobjects.be:
- Status of your order: as soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email from wowtrendobjects.be that we have received you order.
- Shipping: once we have sent the item you’ve ordered, you will receive an email saying we’ve sent your package. Shortly after that you will receive an email with a tracking code with which you easily follow your order online.
- Delivery: depending on the destination Bpost, PostNL, … will deliver your package at your home on the (delivery) address that you’ve entered during the ordering process and which you can also find in the e-mail you’ve received about your order at wowtrendobjects.be
- I have not received my package: If you’re very eagerly awaiting your package to arrive but it doesn’t, you can check the status of your package through the tracking code that we’ve sent you by e-mail. Maybe also check at the same time that you have entered the correct shipping address in your order. You can find the shipping address in the summary of the order that we have sent to you by e-mail at the time of your order. If you do not see clear after that there is one quick solution: call us at +32 (0) 479 94 94 91 (every day between 09:00 and 22:00), and we will work with you to find a solution.
- My product is delivered damaged: we take the utmost care of your order but even then some things can still go wrong. What you should do is take a digital photo of the damaged item (together with the packaging), mail it to email@example.com whereafter we take action to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
- I did receive an invoice: Send the confirmation of the order you’ve initially got through email from wowtrendobjects.be to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure that the bill in question gets to you as quickly as possible.
